Quadcore Topdek Roof Panel
Kingspan Quadcore Topdek is a single ply, factory pre-engineered roof deck panel powered by QuadCore Technology. QuadCore® is the latest development in hybrid insulation technology, featuring better thermal performance, fire and environmental protection. Quadcore Topdek is a high performance single-ply PVC / TPE membrane with insulation and a trapezoidal steel roof deck. This unique solution is suitable for both flat membrane roof options and architectural detailing with standing seam capabilities. For flat and pitched roofs above 1:80 (0.72°) after deflection. Cover width is 1000mm. A secret-fix system retains a sleek appearance. Kingspans QuadCore Topdek can be supplied in standard lengths between 2m – 14.5m. Longer lengths from 14.5-16m and < 2m are available on request. It is also suitable for curved roof applications with a convex curve (45m radius) and concave curve (50m radius).
