JI Vucasteel Wall Insulated Wall Panels

The JI Vulcasteel Wall is a mineral wool Insulated wall panel with liner or microrib exterior profile. Due to a maximum 4 hour fire resistance this panel is often applied for agricultural, public or industrial projects where high fire resistance is required. The JI Vulcasteel Wall Panel has a fire classification of A2-s1, d0 according to EN 13501-1.

JI Vulcasteel Wall (Micro) is a micro-profiled insulated wall panel with a stone wool core and a minimally profiled inner plate. The sandwich panel has a good fire reactivity and can withstand a fire for up to 240 minutes. The inner plate can be perforated if acoustic absorption is desired in addition to sound reduction. JI Vulcasteel Wall is the solution for an exterior wall with fire requirements as well as internal fire walls as compartmentation, thanks to its vertical and horizontal mounting methods.
